Over the last month or so, I’ve been doing yoga almost daily. I’ve decided to expand upon this in hopes that it will help regulate my cycle. When I was trying to get pregnant, I bought a yoga for fertility series, pictured above, that you are supposed to start at the beginning of your cycle. There are 4 different workouts depending on which phase of your cycle you’re in. While I’m not currently trying to get pregnant, I do want to regulate my cycle, which has kind of been all over the place {Thanks, PCOS!}.
I also have come to love yoga for the flexibility benefits and how it helps ease sore muscles. I know that yoga can have great mental and self-awareness benefits, but with a toddler trying to climb on me, I don’t get as much of that as would be nice.. haha. The issue with this challenge is going to be my daughter letting me get through it. These workouts are around 30 minutes and the ones I had been doing were about 15, but I’m going to try! I also want to add in some weight training and cardio for fun next week, but this week I’m just going to focus on the yoga. It’s going to be almost 60 degrees this afternoon, so a walk will be in order! We’ll see how it goes!
I’m going to be reporting on how well this works and how I feel overall. It’ll also act as a review of this product.
